Orders that are shipped using Standard Post with Australia Post and the estimated delivery time is 2 - 6 business days, dependent on their delivery schedules.
Orders that are shipped using Express Post with Australia Post and the estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days, dependent on their delivery schedules.
Hospital Deliveries: We do not do hospital deliveries. Most hospital's don't allow postal parcels to be accepted by its patients. We advise you address the gift box to their home address instead. Hospitals have strict policies around receiving parcels by patients.
Order tracking Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
Each of our white magnetic gift boxes will shipped inside a shipping box so it stays nice and pretty. Once you’ve finished diving into all the goodies inside our boxes, they’re the perfect place for all your bits and bobs, keepsakes and everything in between.
Yes! All of our boxes over $100 include free express shipping. We’ve taken the cost out of shipping, so there’s no nasty surprises at the end of your purchase. We also offer $9.95 flat rate shipping on everything else, or $14.95 express.
White gift boxes have a magnetic closure and a luxurious appeal to them. They are presented with rose gold grosgrain ribbon with a card and a hand-written note.
Orders placed prior to noon are processed that day and orders placed after noon are processed the following day, Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are proceeded the following Monday. Hampers take 2-6 days to ship via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. Please allow extra time for remote regions. For those who needed your gifts, like, yesterday, and purchased express shipping, your parcel should arrive within 1-3 days.
Each of our gift boxes include a card with a hand-written note. Simply provide us with your message at the checkout and we'll handle the rest. Don't forget to say who the gift is from. If you forgot to add a note for the note card, we will write the standard words: "Congratulations", from the sender's name.
