Every hamper is carefully gathered and packaged with particular attention on every item to ensure it is in perfect condition before it is dispatched.
In the unlikely event an item has a manufacturing fault or damaged we will gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 5 days from delivery date at email@example.com if you need to request a return.
All shipping costs will be covered by Hillside Hampers in the unlikely event of manufacturing fault or damaged goods.
Damaged on arrival - Any damaged items within the gift box will be replaced or a refund given for that item
Faulty manufacturing - Please contact us for a return. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for that item.
To cancel an order - Once a payment is processed, if the product has already been shipped, returns are not available
Changed their mind - Unfortunately we do not offer refund or credit for change of mind.
For an exchange - No exchanges are accepted
Or its a wrong product - We accept returns for any wrong items that we have accidentally shipped. Please note due to stock availability our hampers may slighlty differ but an item of equal value will always be used as a replacement if required.
- Sale items - No exchanges or refunds are accepted
